Job summary

Pickles Auctions is seeking a reliable, detail-focused Sales Support professional to assist our auction operations. Join a dynamic Finance Shared Services team and support agency agreements, KPI reporting, invoicing, and paperwork for large consignments.

The role is permanent, full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with true hybrid work (2 days in office, 3 days from home) across our 22 nationwide locations. Experience with ERP systems is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Strong financial information systems knowledge; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Demonstrates initiative and high integrity in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders with diverse priorities.
• Team-oriented with good collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute agency agreements per Pickles policies and sales instructions.
• Coordinate vendor KPI reporting and establish efficient, accurate reporting infrastructure.
• Manage vendor invoicing to ensure timely issue and payment of invoices.
• Assist sales executives with paperwork for PVT and large consignment deals.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis of sales-related inquiries as required.
