Pickles Auctions is seeking a collaborative Customer Contact Centre Officer to deliver high-quality, responsive service from a remote location in Australia. • Ability to source accurate information quickly to resolve requests.

Responsibilities

• Answering customer queries in a friendly and efficient manner across multiple channels (phone, email & chat).
• General admin, data entry and record keeping to ensure a clear chain of events.
• Problem-solving and complaints handling, escalating when necessary.
• Developing and maintaining knowledge of Pickles processes.
• Providing current and accurate information during every interaction.
• Collaborating with the marketing and innovation team on projects and outbound opportunities.
• Contributing to process improvements.
