Job summary

Stellar Recruitment AU and NZ is seeking a friendly trade support specialist for a casual/temporary role at Wellington NSW. You will handle customer service across phone, email, and in-person interactions at the trade counter, providing product advice, quotes, and pricing while coordinating stock and deliveries with suppliers.

You’ll work with the sales team to keep records up to date, complete data entry and invoicing, and participate in routine reports and meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or trade support role (ideally within the building industry).
• Confident communicator with strong phone and email etiquette.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (SAP experience a bonus).
• Accurate and efficient with data entry and quoting.
• Health & Safety focused with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Enjoys solving problems and going the extra mile for customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person at the trade counter.
• Support customers with product advice, pricing, and quotes.
• Liaise with suppliers to arrange deliveries or coordinate stock for collection.
• Complete data entry, invoicing, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with reports and team meetings.
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to ensure smooth operations and satisfied customers.
