You will handle data entry, settlements, and customer inquiries while seeking continuous process improvements. A fast-paced environment and strong attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, customer service and collections is desirable.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to documentation and processes.
• Ability to suggest improvements to systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Process Commercial Finance transactions accurately and on time.
• Support Account Managers to meet new business targets and budgets.
• Handle onboarding, credit approvals, and documents via DocuSign.
• Lodge PPSR/ALLPAP registrations and liaise with third party financiers.
• Perform data entry, reconciliations and payment allocations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email.
