DLL Group is seeking an Operations Specialist in Australia to support the sales process from settlement to funding, ensuring timely and accurate processing in line with DLL policies. You will liaise with Sales Support, Risk, Legal, Finance and Asset Management teams to deliver compliant settlements.

You will manage workload, maintain SLAs, and champion process improvements while delivering excellent customer service to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience within a leasing/finance organization, preferably with transaction closing activities.
• Strong understanding of documentation, credit risks and compliance policies.
• Ability to review information for accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Support the sales process from settlement to funding to meet targets.
• Act as primary information source for contract activation and funding of settlements.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactively manage pipeline and follow up on actions.
• Ensure compliance with policies and complete training requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales Support, Risk, Legal, Finance and Asset Management teams.
