DLL is seeking an Operations Specialist in Australia, Sydney, to support the sales process from settlement to funding in line with DLL processes and vendor agreements. You will ensure timely, accurate settlement transactions, while maintaining high levels of customer service and compliance.

The role reports to the Operations Manager ANZ. You will collaborate across Sales Support, Risk, Legal, Finance and Asset Management teams and drive continuous improvements while managing a proactive pipeline

Competenze

• Prior exposure to vendor leasing/finance industry.
• 3 years’ experience within a leasing/finance organization, preferably with transaction closing activities.
• Good understanding of documentation, equipment finance products, credit risks and compliance policies.
• Ability to review and analyze information, ensuring accuracy of documentation and compliance with internal and regulatory procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy and compliance.

• Support the sales process from settlement to funding to meet targets.
• Provide information and support for sales queries on contract activation and funding of settlements.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.
• Proactive pipeline management and follow‑up.
• Review contracts and settlement documents with DLL Sales Support, Risk, Legal, Finance and Asset Management teams.
• Communicate and collaborate with Sales Support teams and Operations Manager to manage workflow and SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and complete training requirements.
• Champion process improvement and automation across the business.
