Job summary

DLL is seeking an Operations Specialist in Sydney to support the sales process from settlement to funding, ensuring timely activation and accurate documentation in line with DLL policies. You will liaise with Sales Support, Risk, Legal, Finance and Asset Management to drive efficient settlements.

The role requires 3+ years in leasing/finance, strong communication, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexible hours and hybrid work options are available within Australia.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leasing/finance environment or similar.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions.
• Able to multi-task, prioritise and work autonomously under pressure.
• Demonstrated integrity and commitment to compliance policies.
• Proficient in MS Office tools and standard business software.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales process from settlement to funding and ensure timely activation.
• Act as the primary information source for sales queries on contracts and funding.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive pipeline management and follow-up to meet targets.
• Coordinate with Sales Support, Risk, Legal, Finance, and Asset Management on settlements.
