Job summary

DLL in Australia is seeking an Operations Specialist to support the sales process from settlement to funding in line with DLL processes. You will ensure timely, accurate settlement transactions, maintain strong customer focus, and collaborate with Sales Support, Risk, Legal and Finance teams to meet KPI and SLA targets.

The role requires 3 years in leasing/finance, excellent communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience within a leasing/finance organization, preferably with transaction closing activities.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy and compliance.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and ability to work under time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales process from settlement to funding to meet and exceed new business targets.
• Be the prime source of information and support for sales queries on contract activation and funding of settlements.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate completion of requests.
• Proactively manage pipeline and follow up to ensure SLA compliance.
• Review contracts and documents for settlement and liaise with DLL Sales Support, Risk, Legal, Finance and Asset Management.
