Job summary

Youi Pty Ltd in Australia is seeking a customer-focused specialist for CTP insurance and general products. The role is based in-office at Sippy Downs, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule addressing NSW CTP queries and related products.

You’ll sell policies, make amendments, and process cancellations while listening to customers and guiding them through options. Great communication, adherence to scripts, and a drive to meet service and sales targets are essential.

Responsibilities

Job description

CTP stands forCompulsory Third Party, and inNSW before registering your car, you are required to have it. CTP insurance, or Green Slip, is mandatory as it provides cover for third parties injured in a motor vehicle accident, to cover costs such as lost income and medical treatment.

In NSW, Youi is 1 of only 6 insurers that provide this cover, and that's where you come in.Here, you'll be part of a team, that can not only speak to general products, but also CTP insurance. You'll following a clear call flow, capturing details accurately, and explaining options in plain language so they understand their choices and the value behind them.

What you’ll be doing

• A full-time role in-office at Sippy Downs, Monday to Friday
• Customer-focused role, tailored to NSW, addressing all queries related to CTP insurance in addition to our general products
• Selling policies, making amendments, performing cancellations
• Listening to customer needs and identify opportunities to add value
• Follow a clear call structure so customers understand their cover, pricing, and next steps
• Follow scripts and compliance requirements to make sure everything is done properly
• Work toward service and sales targets, with regular feedback and coaching
