Job summary

Youi Insurance in Sippy Downs (Sunshine Coast, QLD) is seeking a part-time sales role. Work four days a week (Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat) 08:00–16:06 in-office, speaking with customers to understand and choose the right cover. You will follow scripts, read policy information, and learn to close confidently.

Three weeks of full-time training precedes part-time hours. You’ll be supported by regular coaching, performance targets, and incentives.

• Operate across systems including online quoting tools.
• Receive regular coaching and feedback to build confidence.
• Work at the same pace as full-time staff.
• Complete three weeks of full-time training before transitioning to part-time hours.

You’ll love this role if you’re naturally good with people and want to get paid properly for it. This role runs at the same tempo as full-time sales, while also allowing you to that mid-week break that suits your lifestyle.

Customers have already started their quote, and you call to finish it properly with a clear script, clear flow, and clear goal. Some calls will be smooth while others will test you; that’s sales. With paid training and regular coaching, you’ll get sharper at handling objections, guiding decisions, and closing confidently.

What You’ll Be Doing

• A part-time role in-office at Sippy Downs
• Working 4 days: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, 0800-1606
• Speak with customers on the phone, helping them understand and choose the right cover
• Follow scripts and call flows while learning how to guide real conversations confidently
• Read and interpret policy information in real time, explaining cover and costs clearly
• Achieve sales and performance targets while building strong sales habits
• Perform across systems including online quoting tools
• Receive regular coaching and feedback, building confidence and capability over time
• Work at the same pace as full-timers
• Complete 3 weeks of full-time training before moving to part-time hours
