Job summary

Youi Insurance seeks an in-office, full-time adviser in Sippy Downs to guide customers through CTP and general insurance options. You’ll explain covers, pricing and choices clearly, helping clients understand their best fit while capturing accurate details and maintaining a high service standard.

The role emphasizes listening to customer needs, pursuing sales targets within compliant guidelines, and delivering value through a structured, customer-centric approach.

CTP insurance stands forCompulsory Third Party insurance, and inNSW before registering your car, you are required to have it. CTP insurance, or Green Slip,is mandatory as it provides cover for third parties injured in a motor vehicle accident, to cover costs such as lost income and medical treatment.

In NSW, Youi is 1 of only 6 insurers that provide this cover, and that's where you come in.Here, you'll be part of a team, that can not only speak to general products, but also CTP insurance. You'll following a clear call flow, capturing details accurately, and explaining options in plain language so they understand their choices and the value behind them.

What you’ll be doing

• A full-time role based in-office at Sippy Downs, Monday to Friday
• Drive positive sales outcomes by understanding customer needs across CTP and all general insurance products
• Explain cover, pricing and options clearly so customers can make informed decisions
• Listen carefully to understand customer needs and identify opportunities to add value
• Follow a structured sales process to accurately capture information and deliver great service
• Work toward sales targets while meeting compliance requirements

• Policy information is accurate the first time, with minimal rework
