Responsibilities

• Lead by example delivering on service principles, engage customers, drive sales, and build a loyal base.
• Coach and mentor the team to provide expert knowledge and seamless solutions.
• Be visibly present on the selling floor, inspiring warmth and connections.
• Collaborate with store teams and build strong stakeholder relationships across the business.
• Identify opportunities for improvement while staying commercially aware.
• Work with VM and Logistics to ensure stock is floor-ready within timeframes.
• Identify feedback opportunities for the Merchandise team.
• Maintain stock loss awareness and partner with sell and support teams to mitigate loss.
