You will be visibly present on the selling floor, empowering staff, and ensuring stock readiness while focusing on continuous improvement and delivering exceptional service Like No Other.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on service principles, engage customers, drive sales and build loyalty.
• Coach and mentor the team to deliver expert knowledge and seamless solutions.
• Be visibly present on the selling floor, inspiring the team to create warm connections.
• Collaborate with store teams and build strong stakeholder relationships across the business.
• Identify opportunities for improvement while remaining commercially aware.
• Coordinate with VM and Logistics teams to ensure stock is floor-ready on time.
• Provide feedback to the Merchandise team on opportunities and improvements.
• Maintain stock loss awareness and work with sell and support teams to mitigate loss.
