You will lead by example on the shop floor, build strong stakeholder relationships, and partner with VM, logistics, and merchandising to optimise stock, customer service, and commercial results.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering service and driving sales.
• Coach and mentor the team to provide expert knowledge and seamless solutions.
• Be visibly present on the selling floor and inspire warm connections.
• Collaborate with store teams and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for improvement while remaining commercially aware.
• Work with VM and Logistics to ensure stock is floor-ready on time.
• Flag opportunities to Merchandise for feedback and improvements.
• Maintain stock loss awareness and mitigate loss with proactive measures.
