Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the team to provide expert knowledge and seamless solutions.
• Be visibly present on the sales floor and inspire warm connections.
• Collaborate with store teams and build stakeholder relationships.
• Identify opportunities for improvement while remaining commercially aware.
• Work with VM and Logistics to ensure stock is floor-ready on time.
• Identify feedback opportunities for the Merchandise team.
• Maintain stock loss awareness and implement proactive loss mitigation.
