Job summary

David Jones Ltd. in Australia is seeking a Sales & Service Manager for a limited tenure from December 2026 to December 2027, with potential to convert to permanent if opportunities arise.

You will lead by example on service, coach a high-performing team, drive sales on the floor, build relationships with stakeholders, and collaborate with VM and logistics to ensure stock readiness and loss prevention. You will champion customer-obsessed retail delivered Like No Other.

• Identify opportunities for improvement and stay commercially aware.
• Coordinate with VM and Logistics to ensure stock readiness on time.
• Support Merchandise with feedback and drive stock-loss awareness.
