David Jones Ltd. is seeking a Sales & Service Manager to lead a team on the shop floor in Western Australia. You will drive a customer-obsessed, service-led culture that delivers Like No Other experiences, maximise sales and develop people through coaching and mentorship.

In this role you will collaborate with store teams, build strong stakeholder relationships, and coach staff to provide expert knowledge and seamless solutions while maintaining stock integrity and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on service principles, engage customers, drive sales and build a loyal customer base.
• Coach and mentor the team to provide expert knowledge and seamless solutions.
• Be visibly present on the selling floor, inspiring warmth and connections.
• Collaborate with store teams and stakeholders to strengthen relationships.
• Identify opportunities for improvement while remaining commercially aware.
• Collaborate with VM and Logistics to ensure stock is floor-ready on time.
• Identify feedback opportunities for Merchandise and act on them.
• Maintain stock loss awareness and mitigate loss with proactive measures.
