Job summary

Alo Yoga is seeking a Sales & Service Supervisor to lead guest experiences at Westfield Sydney. You will drive engagement, education, and conversion on the sales floor, while upholding Alo’s mindful, service-led ethos.

As a People Leader, you’ll oversee Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers, coach performance, recruit talent, and collaborate with Operations, Visual, and store leadership to deliver consistent results and a sanctuary-like store environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in client-centric sales environment.
• Proven leadership with sound decision making.
• Receptive to feedback and eager to improve.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Requires constant movement around the store.
• Ability to lift, push or carry up to 10-15kg.
• Stand and move for the entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest experience on the floor through connection and product education.
• Continue to build client relationships daily with customers.
• Analyze reports to strategize and deliver results; implement action plans.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage via workforce solutions and selling initiatives.
• Partner with Operations & Visual Manager to manage reporting, budgets, inventory, and vendors.
• Directly oversee Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers; recruit and develop talent.
