Job summary

TSA Group in Brisbane is seeking an entry-level Sales & Service Consultant to support customers via inbound calls for our client IAG/NRMA. You’ll discuss policies, educate customers on protection needs, and strive for a positive service experience while aiming for sales and retention outcomes.

No experience is required as training is provided; you’ll complete a six-week paid training period, enjoy a base salary of AUD 55,800 plus Super during training, with progression to AUD 58,220 plus Super

Who You'll Work With

As a Sales & Service Consultant for our client IAG, you will be the voice representing our most trusted insurance partner, NRMA. You'll form new relationships with customers and strengthen existing ones by discussing a range of policies, educating them to make informed decisions on protection and prevention. You will be focused on providing a positive customer service experience, and where required, achieve sales and retention outcomes.

This role offers you the chance to build strong connections with customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of customer experience throughout their journey with IAG & NRMA. It's an excellent entry-level opportunity with continued support and development.

What You'll Be Doing

• Handling a high volume of inbound calls, helping customers with their insurance needs.
• Use effective communication skills to build rapport and provide engaging customer experiences.
• Offer General insurance products - Motor, Home and CTP insurance as well as NRMA Roadside Assistance (On behalf of NRMA)
• Be flexible with hours to ensure we're available when our customers need us.

• Paid Training & Salary Progression: We invest in setting you up for success. During your paid training, onboarding and supported transition, you'll receive a base salary of $55,800 + Super. Following successful completion of your training and transition into production, your base salary will increase to $58,220 + Super.
• Monthly Incentive: You will also be eligible to receive a monthly incentive based on your key performance indicators, after your training period. Within the first 6 months, you can achieve up to $200 per month and up to $500 per month thereafter.
• Rosters Available: Start with a 6-week training period, Monday - Friday, before moving into the following roster: Monday - Sunday, 7 AM - 8 PM, with hybrid opportunities available after exiting probation, including 4 days working from home depending on competency and performance.
• Working Weekends: Enjoy additional penalty rates for all weekend shifts, earning over $40 per hour!
