About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated people to join our new Robina office. This role in our customer service department focuses on outbound contact with existing clients to promote our business directory services. You will generate opportunities that drive the company's growth. This role offers the opportunity to develop your customer service skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment whilst earning huge commissions and large monthly bonuses.

Key responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to businesses throughout Australia.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with potential customers.
• Achieving and exceeding individual targets on a regular basis.
• Handling objections professionally and positively to move conversations towards successful outcomes.
• Following established procedures whilst adapting communication to individual client needs.
• Collaborating with team members to generate new clients.
