Wesfarmers Industrial & Safety is seeking a Sales Representative to manage and grow a portfolio of trade and industrial customers across the local market. Based at the Mile End branch, you will also spend time in the field visiting customers and strengthening relationships.

The role combines relationship management, proactive sales, and account development, with a company vehicle provided for customer visits.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in B2B sales or industrial sales is required or highly regarded.
• Confidence engaging with a broad range of stakeholders from tradespeople to office-based decision-makers.
• Proactive prospecting and business development attitude is essential.
• CRM experience is highly regarded and beneficial.

About the role

We're looking for a Sales Representative to manage and grow a portfolio of existing trade and industrial customers while developing new business opportunities across the local market.

This role offers a unique combination of customer relationship management, account growth and proactive sales activity. You'll be based from our Mile End branch while spending time in the field meeting customers, strengthening existing relationships and uncovering new opportunities.

This role will have access to a company vehicle for customer visits.

We're looking for someone who:

• Experience in B2B sales, trade sales, industrial sales, wholesale distribution or customer-facing account management.
• Confidence engaging with a broad range of stakeholders from tradespeople through to office-based decision-makers.
• A proactive and resilient approach to prospecting and business development.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into sales outcomes.
• Experience using CRM systems is highly regarded.
• Product knowledge within industrial, safety, construction, manufacturing or trade environments will be advantageous
