Wesfarmers’ Blackwoods division is seeking a Sales Representative to manage and grow an established portfolio of trade and industrial customers in the Adelaide area. You will spend time in the field visiting customers from tradespeople to site-based decision-makers, supported by a company vehicle for visits.

You will drive proactive sales activities, develop growth plans, and work closely with the Mile End branch to deliver exceptional service and achieve targets.

• Experience in B2B sales across trade/industrial sectors or account management.
• Confident engaging with stakeholders from tradespeople to office decision-makers.
• Proactive and resilient in prospecting and business development.

About the role

We're looking for a Sales Representative to manage and grow a portfolio of existing trade and industrial customers while developing new business opportunities across the local market.

This role offers a unique combination of customer relationship management, account growth and proactive sales activity. You'll be based from our Mile End branch while spending time in the field meeting customers, strengthening existing relationships and uncovering new opportunities.

This role will have access to a company vehicle for customer visits.

We're looking for someone who:

• Experience in B2B sales, trade sales, industrial sales, wholesale distribution or customer-facing account management.
• Confidence engaging with a broad range of stakeholders from tradespeople through to office-based decision-makers.
• A proactive and resilient approach to prospecting and business development.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into sales outcomes.
• Experience using CRM systems is highly regarded.
• Product knowledge within industrial, safety, construction, manufacturing or trade environments will be advantageous
