Job summary

Arthrex Australia is seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Sales Representative to own a high-performing territory in Sydney West (Campbelltown & Liverpool). You will partner with Surgeons and Healthcare Professionals to promote market-leading Sports Medicine products and drive growth across the region.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will build trusted relationships, deliver in-theatre support, lead territory plans, and participate in launches.

Qualifications

• Successful sales track record in Sports Medicine, Orthopaedics, Trauma or Surgical medical devices.
• Degree qualifications in Health Science or related discipline.
• Strong team orientation with a long term, relationship-based sales approach.
• Ability to think strategically and constructively challenge customers.
• Excellent communication, time management and prioritisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory sales plans and drive growth across Sydney West.
• Liaise with Surgeons and Theatre staff to promote products addressing pain points.
• Identify customer needs, generate leads and present product information.
• Provide in-theatre clinical support and support new product launches.

About the Role

Leveraging strong commercial expertise and clinical knowledge, the Sales Representative will drive growth across an established territory, partnering with Surgeons and Healthcare Professionals to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional outcomes. Representing Arthrex's market-leading Sports Medicine portfolio, you will build trusted customer relationships, grow market share, and contribute to the continued success of the business.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Developing effective relationships and liaising with Surgeons and Theatre staff; promoting the sale of products/solutions that addresses customer’s pain points
• Identifying customer needs and optimising on opportunities including generating leads and presenting product information
• Providing in-theatre clinical support during cases, delivering in-servicing for customers, and supporting new product launches
• Developing and implementing strategic territory sales and performance plans

About the Requirements

• Successful sales track record in Sports Medicine, Orthopaedics, Trauma or Surgical medical device would be highly regarded
• Degree Qualifications in Health Science or related discipline
• Strong team orientation, and a long term, relationship-based sales approach
• Ability to think strategically and constructively challenge customers
• Excellent communication, time management and prioritisation skills
