Milwaukee Tools is seeking a driven Sales Representative to cover the Mackay region in Queensland. You will own the territory, build strong customer partnerships, and drive growth through product demonstrations and channel activities.

You will travel within the Mackay region, execute the channel strategy, support launches, and maintain merchandising standards while using Salesforce CRM to track activities and opportunities.

• Strong sales experience in field/territory roles.

Reporting to the Sales State Lead , you'll take ownership of your territory, driving sales growth, executing our channel strategy, growing product categories and bringing Milwaukee products to life through demonstrations, trade events and strong customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Own your territory , building strong relationships with customers across the Mackay region.
• Drive sales growth and identify opportunities to grow Milwaukee product categories within your customer base.
• Bring the Milwaukee brand to life through product demonstrations, trade days, exhibitions and product launches.
• Execute our channel strategy and deliver strong in-store merchandising, product and display standards.
• Build genuine relationships and effectively engage with a diverse range of people and personalities.
• Plan and organise your territory effectively, balancing customer visits, travel and competing priorities.
• Keep across competitor activity and opportunities within your market.
• Maintain accurate territory and customer activity through Salesforce CRM.
