Job summary

Mid Coast Tile Co in New South Wales is seeking an experienced Sales Rep/Consultant to join our showroom team. This genuine sales role focuses on actively engaging customers, understanding their project, needs, budget and timeframe, and guiding them through product options to secure a sale.

You will prepare and follow up quotes, convert enquiries into sales, and maintain relationships with customers, builders and trades.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' demonstrated sales experience.
• Active selling beyond serving customers.
• Strong questioning, listening and needs-analysis skills.
• Confidence recommending products and asking for the sale.
• Experience following up enquiries and quotes.
• Ability to build rapport and develop long-term customer relationships.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Comfort working independently and owning customers from enquiry to sale.
