Kitchen Connection in Auburn is seeking a Showroom Consultant to welcome customers, understand renovation goals, and guide them through kitchen solutions.

You’ll work with styles, colours and finishes, book appointments with our design team, and nurture relationships from first enquiry to purchase. No kitchen industry experience required; full training and long-term career opportunities are provided in a supportive showroom environment.

About the Role:

As a Showroom Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for customers visiting our showroom.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and assisting customers in the showroom.
• Understanding customer needs, lifestyle and renovation goals.
• Recommending kitchen solutions and product options.
• Guiding customers through styles, colours and finishes.
• Booking appointments with our design team.
• Following up enquiries and maintaining customer relationships.
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to purchase.

This is a consultative role where customer service, relationship building and attention to detail are key.
