Job summary

Würth in Adelaide seeks a Sales Representative in the Construction division. This field-based role focuses on selling our extensive tools, fasteners and consumables to existing customers and expanding the customer base within the region, with occasional overnight travel.

Successful candidates will build strong relationships with builders and construction professionals, meet KPI targets, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and solutions.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required; construction background is valued.
• Proven ability to build long-term relationships with customers.
• Ability to travel and visit multiple customers each day in the Adelaide region.

Working within the Construction division, not only will you be selling our extensive product range to our existing customers within the Adelaide, Barossa, Gawler and surrounding suburbs, but you will have the opportunity to build our customer base and be part of the company's growth strategy.This role will require some overnight travel (approximately 1 night per month).

Responsiblities

• Build strong relationships with builders, contractors, and construction professionals.
• Work in a field-based sales role, visiting 15+ customers per day within your assigned territory.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and expand customer accounts
• Work towards achieving sales and customer service KPIs, with comprehensive training and support provided to help you succeed
• Liaise with internal departments to respond to customer enquires
• Provide exceptional customer service and support

Requirements
