Wurth Australia is seeking enthusiastic Sales Representatives for the Automotive Division in Perth. This full-time field-based role visits 15+ customers daily, grows an existing base, and actively seeks new business opportunities.

We offer comprehensive training, a fully maintained company vehicle (Hybrid Toyota RAV4), base salary, bonuses and uncapped commissions, plus onboarding at our National Training Academy in Melbourne.

We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Representatives to join our Automotive Division team in Perth, selling our extensive product range of tools, fasteners and consumables. These roles may require some overnight travel.

Reporting to the Area Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Working Monday to Friday in a fully field-based role, visiting 15+ customers daily across your designated territory
• Maintaining and growing an established customer base
• Actively seeking new business opportunities
• Building strong working relationships and rapport with customers
• Liaising with internal departments to respond to customer inquiries
• Working to sales and customer KPIs

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• A Full driver’s license
• The passion for sales, resilient and be results driven
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build long term relationships
• The ability to work autonomously, be highly organised and self-motivated
• The willingness to learn and desire to succeed
• Strong motivation to deliver an exceptional customer experience
