Job summary

Ezytrail Management Pty Ltd – Townsville QLD is seeking a hands-on sales professional to manage lead generation, quoting and the end-to-end handover of caravans to customers. Ezytrail Management Pty Ltd – Townsville QLD

You'll be the face of Ezytrail at our Townsville branch, working with customers from their first enquiry right through to the day they tow their new van home. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you'll manage your own leads and pipeline, prepare quotes, and own the handover process end to end. This is a sales role with real ownership, and it's hands-on. You're not just writing orders — you complete the pre-delivery checks, make sure the van is right, and hand it over to the customer yourself.

Key responsibilities

• Generating and converting leads, and growing repeat and referral business
• Promoting our caravan and camper range to new and existing customers
• Preparing accurate quotes, orders and revisions, and keeping CRM records current
• Owning the full handover process — pre-delivery checks, documentation, product presentation and walking the customer through their new van
• Completing pre-delivery checks so every caravan is clean, complete and presented to standard before it leaves
• Supporting customers with warranty and after-sales queries
• Keeping the showroom and display vans presentation-ready
• Providing sales forecasts and updates to your Branch Manager
• Working collaboratively with the branch, operations and service teams to ensure a smooth delivery for every customer

About you

• Proven sales experience — retail, caravan, camping, automotive, wholesale or manufacturing backgrounds all transfer well
• Confidence generating your own leads and converting enquiries, not only serving walk-ins
• A genuinely hands-on approach — pre-delivery checks and customer handovers are a core part of this role, and you'll work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth delivery
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
• Discipline with systems — accurate quoting, CRM and order detail
• Self-motivation to work to targets, and the organisation to follow up properly
• Competence with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• A current driver's licence
• Honesty, integrity and high personal standards
• Right to work in Australia
