Ezytrail Management Pty Ltd – Townsville QLD is seeking a hands-on sales professional to manage lead generation, quoting and the end-to-end handover of caravans to customers. You will own the customer journey from initial enquiry through delivery, collaborating with branch, operations and service teams in Townsville.

The role rewards a proven sales background with a base salary plus commission and comprehensive product training, with clear progression paths to leadership roles within the branch.

Formación

• Proven sales experience across relevant sectors such as retail, caravan, camping, automotive or wholesale.
• Ability to generate and convert leads, not only serve walk-ins.
• Hands-on approach to pre-delivery checks and customer handovers.
• Strong communication skills and rapid rapport building.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and convert leads, and grow repeat and referral business.
• Promote caravan and camper range to customers.
• Prepare accurate quotes, orders and revisions, keep CRM current.
• Own the full handover process: pre-delivery checks, documentation, product presentation.
