Job summary

Recruit Shop Pty Ltd, Ravenhall, is seeking an energetic on-the-road sales professional to drive growth across Victoria, building the customer base and boosting revenue through partnerships with retailers, distributors and showroom operators.

The role offers a vehicle allowance, travel, and autonomy to manage a territory, with an immediate start for the right candidate. Experience in kitchen appliances or trade/retail sales is advantageous but not required.

Qualifications

• Proven sales ability and comfort using computers.

Responsibilities

• Develop new accounts and maintain existing accounts with a focus on retail and trade sales.
• Build and support a strong rural sales presence in key regional centres.
• Maintain professional in-store displays and foster strong customer relationships.
• Contribute to the development and execution of marketing initiatives.
• Plan weekly activities, track performance, and monitor competitor movements.

About The Opportunity

This newly created role is designed to drive business expansion across Victoria and surrounding regions by building the customer base and boosting revenue through strategic partnerships with retailers, distributors, and showroom operators.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Develop new accounts and maintain existing accounts with a focus on retail and trade sales
• Build and support a strong rural sales presence in key regional centres.
• Maintain professional in-store displays and foster strong customer relationships.
• Contribute to the development and execution of marketing initiatives.
• Plan weekly activities, track performance, and monitor competitor movements.

About You

We're seeking an energetic on-the-road sales professional with a genuine passion for sales and a commitment to growing within the industry.
