Job summary

AMI Marine in Sydney is seeking a customer-focused sales support specialist to promote our marine products, handle enquiries, compile quotations, and process orders. You will work with a small team and liaise across the business as needed.

The role covers external sales visits across the NSW territory, telephone sales support, and building lasting relationships with trade accounts. You will demonstrate strong MS Office skills, initiative, and excellent organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience/knowledge of marine industry and boating products.
• Exceptional organisational, time management, verbal/written skills and attention to detail.
• Mature mindset and strong work ethic.
• Able to work unsupervised and take initiative.
• Drivers Licence.
• Competent in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).

Job description

You will use your customer service skills visiting customers and over the phone and email, answering general customer enquiries, compile quotations and process customer orders, and other general day to day administration tasks. You will work within a small team and liaise with others, while also with an open mind to work across all areas of the business as needed.

Promoting our products and services to existing trade accounts as well as seeking out new business opportunities

About you

Experience/knowledge of marine industry and boating products

After successful completion of 3 month probation AMI offers additional 10 paid Well Being Days a year, to be taken between February and November, at a rate of one per month and at an agreed time with your manager
