We’re looking for a positive, motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our small and supportive team at our Ormeau office on the Gold Coast.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, likes variety in their day and wants to become part of a close-knit team where their contribution genuinely matters.

What you’ll be doing

Working closely with our customers and the wider AMI team, you’ll be involved in:

• Telephone sales and customer service
• Responding to customer enquiries
• Processing customer orders
• Providing product and sales support
• Building strong relationships with customers
• General office and administrative duties
• Working across different areas of the business as you develop your skills

No two days need to be the same. We’re looking for someone with an open mind who is happy to learn, pitch in and take on new responsibilities as opportunities arise.

About you

You’ll be a reliable, enthusiastic person who takes pride in doing a great job. You’ll enjoy being part of a small team, while also being confident working independently and taking initiative.

We’re looking for someone with:

Marine industry experience or boating knowledge is desirable, but not essential. If you have a love of boating, that’s certainly a bonus — but attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn are just as important.
