seek.com.au is seeking a Sales Assistant for outbound calls based in Sydney, with work-from-home flexibility. You will reach out to our client database daily, qualify interest, and book appointments for the sales team.

A strong phone track record helps, especially from boating/marine contexts, and you should be able to report results from home. Working hours are 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, at $33 per hour, plus $50 for each appointment that proceeds.

Formación

• Proven on the phone in sales or prospecting roles.
• Able to report daily call activity and outcomes.
• Boating or marine industry experience is a strong plus.
• Sydney-based with right to work in Australia for the contract period.
• Own laptop, reliable wifi, quiet workspace and headset required.

Responsabilidades

Sales Assistant - Outbound Calls | Sydney-Based | Work From Home

We are an established Sydney marine business and we need someone who can pick up the phone. You will contact our clients and database, find out who is still interested, and book appointments for our team.

Key responsibilities

Contact our clients and database each day. Qualify them and book the appointment.

Every call logged in our CRM. Every new lead followed up quickly.

You do not negotiate or close. Our team handles that.

What's in it for you

4 hours a day / 20hrs a week. Monday to Friday.

$33 per hour , plus $50 for every appointment you book that goes ahead.

Work from home set up with some face-to-face time as the work needs it.

About you

Proven on the phone. You can tell us how many calls a day you made in your last sales or prospecting role, what came of them, and how you handle a morning of "no". This matters most.

Boating or boat-industry experience is a strong plus: crew , sales, marina, or a lifetime on the water .

Sydney-based, with the right to work in Australia for the period; working-holiday visas are fine for this contract.

Your own laptop, reliable wifi, a quiet place to work from and a headset.

Available four hours a day , Monday to Friday , from 19 October to 27 November .
