You will liaise with internal teams, stay current on product trends, and help optimise pricing and delivery for customers across diverse projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and provide detailed quotes for roofing materials and manage the sales process to completion
• Identify design or production issues and suggest cost-effective alternatives while preserving specs
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to confirm pricing, specifications, and delivery terms
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of roofing products, market trends and supplier offerings
• Grow customer relationships and identify new opportunities with architects, builders, engineers, contractors, and retailers
• Resolve customer issues to maintain high satisfaction and oversee order processing and freight coordination
• Handle high volume inbound sales inquiries by phone, email, and walk-ins
• Oversee the online store: orders, promotions, and stock quantities from European suppliers
• Report market findings and customer feedback to Sales Manager to inform pricing decisions

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and provide detailed quotes for roofing supply materials, applying technical product knowledge to meet customer and project specifications, as well as managing the sales process through to completion.

Identify potential production or design issues that could delay project timelines, advise customers accordingly and recommend cost-effective material or design alternatives while maintaining comparable specifications.

Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure product specifications, pricing, and delivery expectations are clearly understood and met.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industrial roofing products, market trends, and supplier offerings to provide accurate information to clients and management.

Manage and grow customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and build strong connections with architects, builders, engineers, contractors, major retailers, and any other potential new contacts.

Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, freight coordination, and customer follow-up.

Manage a high volume of inbound sales enquiries across phone and email, as well as walk-in clients.

Oversee the company's online tools store, including order processing, setting promotional strategies for specific product lines, and determining stock order quantities from European suppliers.

Report to the Sales Manager on market findings, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support business and pricing decisions.

Qualifications & Experience:
