Job summary

ARB Mittagong is seeking a full-time Sales Representative to be the first point of contact for customers in-store and over the phone. You will provide product advice, build lasting customer relationships, and handle quotes and orders.

You will work with the workshop team to ensure timely jobs, maintain showroom displays, and assist with promotions, events, and daily store operations. A manual drivers license and passion for 4WDs are essential.

ARB Mittagong is looking for a motivated full-time Sales Representative to join our growing team at our flagship Southern Highlands location.

ARB is Australia’s leading name in 4x4 accessories and outdoor equipment, trusted by adventurers across the country.

Our Mittagong store is a flagship location serving the Southern Highlands and surrounding areas. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service, strong product knowledge and quality workmanship.

We don’t just sell 4WD accessories, we help our customers build their vehicles and get them ready for their next adventure.

The Role

As a full-time Sales Representative, you’ll be an important part of our team and one of the first points of contact for our customers, both in-store and over the phone.

Your role will include:

• Providing knowledgeable advice on ARB products and services
• Building strong, long-term customer relationships
• Preparing quotes and processing sales orders
• Following up enquiries and converting sales opportunities
• Working closely with our workshop team to ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time
• Maintaining a high standard of showroom presentation and product displays
• Assisting with promotions, events, open days and 4WD shows
• Contributing to the day-to-day operations of the store

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and genuinely enjoys working with people and 4WDs.

You’ll ideally have:

• A strong customer-first attitude
• Previous sales experience (automotive or 4x4 experience highly regarded)
• A genuine interest in 4WDs, camping and the outdoors
• Confidence communicating with customers both face-to-face and over the phone
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills
• Solid computer skills and a professional phone manner
• A current manual driver’s license

This position will report directly to the Branch Manager and will incorporate a Saturday morning roster from 8am–12pm, which will be paid at overtime rates.
