Coastal 4x4 is seeking an ARB 4WD Accessory Salesperson to join our team in Hervey Bay on a full-time basis with a rotational Saturday roster.

The role focuses on assisting customers with 4WD needs, quoting and processing sales, and maintaining strong product knowledge across ARB accessories. A hands-on, customer-focused attitude is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to identify 4WD needs and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotes, process sales and orders, and manage customer enquiries.
• Maintain product knowledge across ARB 4WD accessories (bullbars, suspension, roof racks, winches, recovery).
• Provide professional customer service in-store, by phone and email.
• Assist with stock management, product displays and showroom organisation.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Maintain strong product knowledge across ARB 4WD accessories, including bullbars, suspension, roof racks, winches and recovery equipment.

• Provide professional and timely customer service in-store, by phone and email.

• Assist with stock management, product displays and maintaining an organised showroom.

• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills, with a genuine passion for 4WD and outdoor adventure.

• Ability to learn technical product knowledge and provide confident recommendations.

• Well-organised, honest and reliable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience with POS/retail systems and general computer skills.

• Current driver's licence and reliable transport to our Hervey Bay location.

• 4WD knowledge or industry experience preferred.

• Forklift licence preferred.
