Job summary

ARB 4x4 Accessories is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive customer satisfaction and sales in our Rockhampton branch. You’ll convert enquiries into orders, manage bookings and inventory, and deliver exceptional service from booking to completion.

You will engage with automotive dealers and trade clients, support data entry, invoicing, and event presence while growing product knowledge and customer relationships in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Customer service focus with relationship-building and a drive to exceed expectations.
• Proven B2B sales experience.
• Strong automotive knowledge and passion for off-road vehicles.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage customers and bookings.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders from entry to delivery and invoicing.
• Provide admin support including data entry, bookings, and inventory management.
• Handle sales inquiries over the counter, phone, and email from dealers and trade clients.
• Represent the brand at events like 4x4 Shows and Open Days.

The Role:

As the go-to expert for customers, you’ll drive sales by recommending premium 4x4 accessories that meet customer needs. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll convert enquiries into confirmed orders while delivering exceptional service and ensuring jobs run smoothly from booking through to completion. We're looking for an experienced sales professional who thrives on building relationships, creating opportunities, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive customer satisfaction, by processing customer orders with precision, from order entry and delivery tracking to invoicing.
• Provide administrative support through data entry, manage bookings, inventory management, and check workshop output before delivery to customers.
• Address sales inquiries over the counter, by phone, and via email from a diverse range of customers, including automotive dealers and trade clients.
• Participate in exciting events like 4x4 Shows and Open Days that showcase our brand and products.
