Job summary

ARB Wollongong is seeking a motivated full-time Sales Representative to join our flagship Wollongong store. You will be the first point of contact for customers in-store, over the phone, and online, delivering expert product advice and building lasting relationships.

Join a respected 4x4 brand with ongoing training, showroom duties, and opportunities to work with events and promotions. A strong customer-service mindset and teamwork are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Customer-first attitude and strong service mindset.
• Sales experience in automotive or 4x4 industry is highly regarded.
• Clear communication and confident telephone and in-person interactions.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and diligent follow-up on inquiries.
• Solid computer skills and professional phone manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on ARB products and services.
• Build long-term customer relationships and deliver outstanding service.
• Prepare quotes and process sales orders accurately.
• Collaborate with the workshop to ensure on-time completion of jobs.
• Maintain showroom presentation, promotions, and daily operations.
• Support ARB events, open days, and 4WD shows.

The Role

As a full-time Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers in-store, over the phone, and online. Your role will include:

• Providing expert advice on ARB products and services
• Building long-term customer relationships and delivering exceptional service
• Preparing quotes and processing sales orders
• Working closely with the workshop to ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time
• Maintaining showroom presentation, promotions, and daily operations
• Supporting ARB events, open days, and 4WD shows

This position will report to the Manager and will incorporate a Saturday morning roster (8am-12pm), which will be paid in overtime rates.
