WOW Recruitment in Australia is seeking an entry-level Sales Representative to qualify inbound leads, build a strong pipeline and maximise conversion opportunities. Based in Alexandria, you’ll work closely with the Senior Sales Team to convert opportunities and drive new business.

You will respond quickly to inbound leads, conduct outbound outreach, and maintain CRM records while aiming to meet activity and revenue targets in a dynamic, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months’ phone-based sales experience, ideally in a high-volume environment.
• Strong communication, listening and negotiation skills.

About the Role
