Job summary

CT Steel Supplies, a fast-growing Victorian steel distributor, is seeking a sales representative to join the Hastings team. You'll identify new business, build lasting relationships with customers, and drive revenue growth across on-site and field activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive approach to winning new customers.
• Commercially minded, self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously.
• Steel or industrial sales experience is an advantage, not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Develop your sales pipeline and grow revenue.
• Manage existing accounts and identify opportunities for further growth.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Working closely in the current sales team and reporting directly to the Sales Manager.
