Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer service or a call centre.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Arabic language skills are a big advantage.
• Confident on the phone and persuasive.
• Strong data entry and attention to detail.
• Organised, able to juggle multiple leads and follow-ups at once.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and stays calm under pressure.
• Familiar with CRM systems, spreadsheets and messaging apps.

Job description

You’ll work with a steady flow of warm leads, people who have already contacted us because they need to move. Your job is to understand what they need, explain how we can help, and turn their enquiry into a confirmed booking. You’ll also be a key link between customers and our operations team, making sure every job detail is captured correctly so our allocation team and drivers can deliver a smooth move.

Key responsibilities

About you

Previous experience in sales, customer service or a call centre is preferred (removals, logistics or trades a bonus)

Excellent spoken and written English
