Holloway Removals & Storage is seeking a full-time Sales Representative (In-Bound Call Centre) to join our team in Wolli Creek, NSW. You will handle inbound calls, provide pricing details, and convert enquiries into bookings.

This role focuses on warm leads, strong customer service, and using CRM systems to close sales, with a competitive salary and uncapped commission. Training is provided to learn our service offerings and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in removals or service-based industries preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport and provide high level of customer service.

• Holloway Removals & Storage is seeking a full-time Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Wolli Creek, NSW. As a Sales Representative in our call centre, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and converting sales enquiries into successful bookings!

What will you be doing?

• Handle inbound calls and online enquiries from customers interested in our removals and storage services(no cold calling—just WARM leads and friendly conversations)
• Provide detailed and accurate information about our services, pricing, and availability
• Process customer Quotes and Bookings in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assess customer needs and requirements to recommend the most suitable Holloway Removals & Storage solutions (Training Provided!)
• Helping make people’s moves stress-free and easy

What we need from you:

• Experience in removals or similar serviced based industry preferred.
