Job summary

Solenis Australia is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive new business and manage key customer relationships across industrial sectors. This field-based, B2B role focuses on premium lubrication products and reliability solutions, with a strong emphasis on building long-term partnerships.

You will prospect, visit sites, demonstrate products, and tailor solutions to improve equipment uptime while controlling costs.

Sales Representative - Industrial Products & Lubrication Solutions

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a field-based B2B sales role focused on developing new business opportunities while building long-term relationships with customers across a range of industrial sectors. Full training, coaching, and ongoing support will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to launch a career in sales.

You’ll work directly with businesses to help improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and lower maintenance costs through premium lubrication products, maintenance solutions, and reliability programs.

No industry experience? No problem. Many of our successful salespeople have come from many customer facing roles such as recruitment, real estate and media/advertising. We're looking for attitude and ambition over experience in our industry.

Key responsibilities
