Job summary

Globe International Limited is seeking a Sales & Production Co-ordinator – Surf and Fashion for our Port Melbourne team. This full-time, on-site role supports the sales function with accurate sales order entry, production orders, stock monitoring, and the preparation of sales tools and reports.

You will also handle purchase orders, manage samples for showings and key accounts, and coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to support launches across our apparel, footwear and boardsports

Qualifications

• Strong communication with internal stakeholders and retailers.
• High attention to detail and accurate sales and production data entry.
• Proficiency with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Experience in apparel, footwear, or boardsports customer service, production ordering or sales coordination.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate sales orders and production orders.
• Monitor stock levels and update product availability.

Role Description

The Sales & Production Co-ordinator – Surf and Fashion is a full-time, on-site role based in Port Melbourne, VIC. This role supports sales teams with accurate sales order entry, product availability updates, and preparation of sales tools and reports. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining the order book, creating purchase orders, monitoring stock levels, sending our marketing kits to influencers and brand ambassadors and assisting with sample management for showings and key accounts.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and retailers.
• Candidates should possess strong attention to detail and data entry skills to ensure accurate sales order and production order entry.
• Proficiency with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Experience in apparel, footwear, or boardsports customer service, production ordering or sales coordination is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
