Job summary

CORPAY is seeking a hands-on and data-driven Sales Enablement Manager to join our Melbourne-based team. This role is fundamentally focused on Sales Operations, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce administration, process optimisation, and performance analytics to support our growth across Australia and New Zealand.

You will act as the engine room of our sales organisation, owning the systems, tools, and data that enable our sales teams to perform at their best.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering sales training programs and enablement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of modern B2B sales methodologies and live coaching.
• Commercial acumen and ability to partner with sales leaders to improve performance.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation and stakeholder-influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce configuration, workflow design, and data integrity.
• Build dashboards and reporting to track funnel performance and KPI attainment.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable improvements across the sales process.
• Deliver system and process training sessions and maintain enablement playbooks.
