Job summary

HiTech Sports in Brisbane is seeking a proactive Sales, Operations & Project Coordinator to support our sales pipeline while assisting with operational delivery and project coordination.

Working in a small team, you will bridge internal sales, operations and project management, collaborating with the Project Manager and Operations team to ensure a smooth journey from initial enquiry through to installation and project completion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, operations or coordination role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Love and understanding of sports and sports equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop the existing client base and identify opportunities.
• Sell sports equipment and coordinate quotes, orders and invoicing.
• Coordinate deliveries, logistics and project milestones with the team.
• Support scheduling, documentation and project coordination to ensure on-time delivery.

Due to sustained growth, we are seeking a proactive and highly organised Sales, Operations & Project Coordinator to support our sales pipeline while assisting with operational delivery and project coordination.

As part of a small team, this role sits at the centre of the business, bridging internal sales, operations, and project management. You will work closely with the Project Manager and Operations team to ensure a smooth journey from initial enquiry through to installation and project completion.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Sales

• Maintain and develop our existing client base
• Identify and convert upcoming business opportunities within our core markets
• Sell sports equipment including goals, posts, pads, nets and accessories
• Obtain freight quotes, coordinate deliveries and confirm logistics
• Prepare and manage quotes, sales orders, purchase orders and invoicing

Project Coordination & Operations Support

• Assist the Project Manager and Operations team with scheduling, documentation and coordination
• Track project progress and ensure key milestones are met
• Help resolve minor issues before they impact timelines or client satisfaction

Position Requirements

• Ability to work honestly and unsupervised - integrity is essential
• Comfortable working in a small team environment where flexibility and initiative are valued
• Proven experience in sales, operations or coordination role (sports or construction-adjacent industries highly regarded)
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Most importantly a love and understanding of all things sports!
