Boral in Perth is seeking a proactive sales professional to join the Perth Metro Concrete sales team at Perth Airport. You will manage and grow your own customer portfolio and coordinate concrete supply across sites, working with customer service, technical, lab and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales, customer service or sales support.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage stakeholders from site crews to senior managers.
• Proven ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and strong problem solving.
• Basic technical understanding of concrete and supply processes, or the appetite to learn quickly.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an allocated customer portfolio through proactive engagement and relationship building.
• Convert enquiries, web leads and COD customers into sales, preparing quotes and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
• Coordinate concrete supply across multiple sites, including bookings, traffic management plans, technical requirements and production scheduling.
• Plan and forecast project requirements, customer needs and area demand.
• Resolve service, quality and account enquiries, and support QA and safety processes on site.
• Maintain accurate customer and project information in Salesforce CRM.
