Job summary

Boral Limited is seeking a dynamic sales professional based in Perth to support the Concrete division. You will manage and grow your own customer portfolio while coordinating concrete supply across sites, collaborating with customer service, technical, lab and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

This role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Basic technical understanding of concrete and supply processes or willingness to learn.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Proactive, self-motivated team player who collaborates across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an allocated customer portfolio through proactive engagement and relationship building.
• Convert enquiries and leads into sales, prepare quotes and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Coordinate concrete supply across multiple sites including bookings and production scheduling.
• Plan and forecast project requirements and area demand.
• Resolve service, quality and account enquiries, support QA and safety on site.
• Maintain accurate customer and project information in Salesforce CRM
