Job summary

Boral Concrete in Australia is seeking an energetic sales account manager to build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers across the Sydney Metro region.

You will identify opportunities, provide expert advice on our concrete products, collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure timely delivery, and strive to exceed sales targets while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management and business development (construction materials or related industry experience highly regarded).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work autonomously.
  • Full driver’s licence and flexibility to travel within the Sydney Metro region.
  • A commitment to safety and environmental standards.
